MTGso is operated by Beijing Kapaisou Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the MTGso iOS application (the "App") and related services.
By using MTGso, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect only information that is reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App.
MTGso may request access to your device camera or photo library so that you can photograph or select Magic: The Gathering cards for recognition, search, or related features.
When you choose to use these features:
the App may access the photo or image that you capture or select;
the selected image may be transmitted to our servers for card recognition, image processing, search, or related functionality;
we do not access photos or videos that you have not selected or captured for use with the App.
Camera and photo-library permissions can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.
If MTGso offers account registration, login, account recovery, subscriptions, or customer support, we may collect information that you choose to provide, such as:
email address;
phone number;
username, display name, or profile information;
account identifiers;
communications that you send to us.
We use this information only to provide account-related functionality, respond to support requests, maintain security, and operate the App.
We may collect limited technical information needed to operate and improve the App, such as:
app version;
device model and operating system version;
language and region settings;
crash reports;
error logs;
performance information;
network request metadata;
diagnostic and security logs.
This information may be collected directly by us or through service providers that help us operate, monitor, or diagnose the App.
If MTGso offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not directly receive or store your full payment card information. We may receive transaction-related information from Apple, such as purchase status, subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction identifiers, as needed to provide purchased features and customer support.
We may use the information described above to:
provide card recognition, card search, collection, deck-building, and other App functionality;
process images submitted for recognition;
create and maintain user accounts;
provide purchased or subscription-based features;
respond to support requests;
troubleshoot crashes, errors, and performance issues;

maintain the security and reliability of the App;
improve existing features and develop new features;

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review and delete the information where required.
Beijing Kapaisou Co., Ltd. is based in China, and our service providers or technical infrastructure may operate in other countries or regions.
As a result, information may be processed or stored outside the country or region where you live. Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate measures to protect personal information transferred across borders.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
